My internet has been not working for now 6 days. A technician had come on 21.05 to check my connection. He said that the issue is not with my house but due to some cable outside. Since that issue is not under his preview. He told he would inform so that could be fixed. He said the timeline would be maximum 1 day. Since it was still not fixed by today, I talked with customer care again today and they were not able to give a timeline also. Would anyone know how i should move about to get this fixed? Its very difficult without internet as my work rely on it a lot.
