not able to connect to wifi.

The wlan and status lights are on for the smartbox device but not able to connect to wifi. Any help?

Explain smartbox in more detail.

Its a speedport smart 3
the device "smart 3" does not connect to wifi, but it provides wifi.
Other devices such as smartphones or laptops connect to the provided wifi of the smart 3.
 
I do not understand the problem yet.
 
if the Internet connection via Lan is possible and the wifi LED on the smart 3 lights, I assume that you Wi-Fi is provided correctly and also has a connection to the Internet.

So you are using out Speedport Smart 3 and you are not able to connect you smartphone or other devices to the Wifi?

Which devices are you trying to connect to the Speedport? Did it work before? At what point does it fail?
