Hallo,

ich habe das kostenlose 6 monatige Disney+ Abo nachweislich, beweisbare PDF, zum 26.9.2020 gekündigt, es kam eine Telekom Eingangsbestätigung der Kündigung, jedoch nichts weiteres. Jetzt sehe ich in Tarifoptionen, dass Disney+ kostenpflichtig weiterläuft, obwohl nachweisbar zum 26.9. gekündigt. Was soll das?
