wie kann ich einen entsprechenden Filter definieren

ich erhalte neuerdings spams von einer Adresse, die hinten 1-4 differierende Zeichen hat, z.b, ...."_sy".

Wie muss ich den Filter definieren? <fester bestandteil> variabler Bestandteil 1-4 unbekannte Zeichen?
