I would like to request refunding of internet service payments for the period I was not provided internet connection (from the start of my contract in October 2024 until 06.02.2025 afternoon when a technician came to solve the connection issue) due to wrong cable connections. No communication takes place via email. Please enter your customer number and a telephone number in your profile. They will then call you and clarify everything. For identification purposes, please have your customer number and the last 6 digits of your IBAN ready when Telekom calls you back.

It's a shame that we didn't come to a common denominator. As discussed, I have just sent you another e-mail, where the points discussed were summarized again.
Unfortunately, I cannot provide you with a refund for periods for which there is no fault registered and you have not contacted us. Everything is described in detail in the e-mail.
