Hallo,

 

ich hätte für meinen Prepaid Tarif gerne eine eSIM. Kann ich ein eSIM Profil nur über die Telefonhotline oder evtl. auch im Kundenkonto / hier im Forum anfordern?

      Hallo @mcchi 

       

      Bei Prepaid geht der Wechsel auf eSIM nur über die Hotline oder ein Teamie hier in der ThC.
