I applied for a Fiber optic connection more than 1 8 months now. Back then Telekom said I'll get the connection within 6 months. Till date I have not gotten it. I was given a Speedport ProPlus as "temporary" connection, which has been horrible. Overall, I've been paying a premium for very poor service, and very poor internet. And despite all that, there is still no resolution. Also the classic "oh you cannot cancel the order before 24 months", when I requested if I could cancel and get Vodafone DSL instead.

Hello Sarah, thank you for the follow up. Monday to Saturday, any time between 8:30 - 21:00. Though I would request someone who speaks English to reach out, otherwise it would be very difficult for me to communicate.

@tired_user Thank you very much for the call. I already found out, that the route is not continuous, and that's the reason for the delay in expansion. I just placed a follw-up question for the responsible department an will come back to you when I receive an answer.
