Hi everyone! I have a pretty big problem (or a question) with my internet situation at my new place of residence. I will try to be as short as possible.

I plan to move in ~1 month to a new place and i tried to look for internet options. CHECK24/Telekom/other ISPs giving kind of the same info - fiber optic will be available very soon, but there is basically no dates when they will finish the installation - the works are approved, so i can already get a contract for the internet from Telekom, BUT when can i access that internet is basically something that i just don't know at all (estimated date is from October up until to April LOL, and i assume those are not final as well). There is the first problem that i have - seems like Telekom cannot offer me alternatives for the time i am without fiber optic connection, i tried to look for DSL availability, but when i write my address it just sends me to a random page for building owners (i think it means i have no dsl availability). I was thinking about getting Cable connection through other providers (because Telekom doesn't offer it for me), but in Telekom contract description it was clearly saying that if i get their fiber optic contract, i cannot get other internet contracts at all, which is an issue number two - i desperately need internet ASAP and for now it doesn't matter if it is Cable or Fiber.  On top of that, Telekom tech support is not helpful with that - not just because i don't really speak German as you might have noticed - i was chatting/calling them, but both times i got connected with some guy, after some time they were just dropping the conversation without a single question answered.

So the questions are:

1. Is there at least some way to get two internet contracts, for example Telekom Glasfaser 2000 (yes it is available as an option), and something else from other ISP just to fill that gap without internet at home?
2.  What's the chance that the info about fiber glass availability on the website is not up to date? On the availability maps, my area where i live shows like it should be fully available, maybe it is only for marketing and its not a real information, but who knows;
3. Is there any chance that getting that Telekom contract will speed up the works on fiber installation, since everything is already approved? Or i really have to wait for an unknown date that might happen in some future?
4. How can i get proper tech support in English + with a well acknowledged person in those topics? Because again, calling/chatting didn't help at all, and i don't want to waste days on trying to find a guy who will not just drop me after 10 minutes of wasting each others time.
