anyway I received my modem and additional WiFi (did not know modem came with integrated one) and when I try to activate it, logging is fiber ID modem ID on 24% it gives out a problem. For. What I understood my fiber optic should be activated by Telekom but I don’t know how to initiate, I did not receive the fiber optics id as well glasfasser bestellnumet XXXX-PSM-XXX.
