Hello,

I am moving to a new apartment where internet is already included in the all-inclusive rent. My Telekom contract currently runs until 17 December 2027 and costs €61.90 per month.

I originally asked Telekom to terminate the contract from 5 September 2026, based on our original moving date. The move has now been delayed, and our new move-in date is 1 October 2026.

I have already contacted Telekom several times, but so far the early termination has been refused.

I am currently receiving support from the Jobcenter, so paying €61.90 every month for more than a year for an internet connection that we will no longer need is a serious financial burden.

I would therefore be very grateful if the Telekom hilft team could review my case individually and consider a goodwill cancellation (Kulanz) from 1 October 2026, or earlier if possible.
