SIP-Trunk error 500, 401

An International call is rejected with error 401 and 500 but calling in Germany is fine.
I have two Cisco Cubes and second cube was disconnected from network.
after that, this simptom has been happened.

they need 3 examples with complete numbers so best is you call the service

I called service but they were not helpful unfortunately.
All international call is unavailable now.
So, I can get more sample.
