Welche Kabel für DSL Anschluss

Guten Tag liebe Gemeinde. 

ich plane bei meinem Haus demnächst einTelekom Anschluss (DSL) zu beauftragen. 

Der APL (die weiße Dose dem Telefonlogo) habe Ich im Keller gefunden, in örtlicher Nähe (20-30 cm) soll auch der Router sein. 

Ich frage mich daher, welche Kabel und Geräte ich dafür benötige?
