Bearbeitungszeit meiner Kündigung

Ich habe vor 13 Tagen meinen Prepaid-Tarif postalisch gekündigt und bisher leider noch keine Reaktion bekommen. Wie lang ist die Bearbeitungszeit. Hier im Board laß ich, dass teilweise schon nach zwei Tagen der Anschluß "gesperrt" war, was bei mir aktuell noch nicht der Fall ist.
