Berechnung zum ausländischen Festnetz Ländergruppe 1 - unrechtmässig berechnet da Rooming.

Es wurde noch nie eine zusätzliche Gebühr erhoben wenn ich im EU Ausland war - abgesehen davon war ich am Tag der Berechnung nicht im Ausland.
