once done reboot your mobile and reopen the app, but not using wifi connection first.
by placing in your login credentials you should be able to work again.

Which Smartphone exactly do you use and which version of Android? Do you still got access to your Telekom LogIn at our website?

Hi Quinn,
I am using a Galaxy A53 5G . And yes, I can login in the website. But somehow apparently I had to create an account from scratch today to do so, even when I have been receiving emails from Telekom for 3 years already.
