Schlechter Empfang im Gebäude

Hallo

Bin gerade von O2 zur Telekom gewechselt. Hab aber zuhause in PLZ 52223 Breinig und in PLZ 52222 kein Netz im Gebäude auch nicht direkt am Fenster. Das hab ich schon mit 3 Smartphones ausprobiert keine Besserung. Laut netzabdeckung müsste ich gutes Netz haben.
