Hallo,

ich habe am 23.04.2019 meinen Vertrag verlängert und das IPhone X dazubestellt.

Die Vertragsumstellung ist bereits erfolgt, aber von dem Handy höre ich gar nichts mehr?!

Können Sie mir bitte den aktuellen Versandstatus mitteilen?
