Nö kamm von Telekom mit anleitung und code in einer mail.
Kamm bei mir sogar vor der technik an.
Einfach mal hotline anrufen 08003301000.
Sollen dir es nochmal zukommen lassen.

Nochmal zur Klärung..: hast du das veranlasst, das ich die Mail nochmal bekomme oder meintest du grundsätzlich, dass das irgendwie/irgendwann (früher mal vielleicht..) per Mail kommt?

so war es bei mir, nach auftrag kamm ne mail mit infos und code.
ca. 4 tage später kamm die hardware.
