MyFRITZ!App 2, "Nutzung von unterwegs nicht möglich,

Hallo,

Ich habe die FritzBox 7490 und nutze die MyFRITZ!App 2. Im heimischen WLAN kann ich voll auf die FritzBox zugreifen. Wenn ich unterwegs bin (mit Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge) und die Anrufliste der FritzBox neu laden möchte das geht nicht.

Wer kann mich hierfür bitte freischalten?
