Posteingang ältere Mails weg

Hallo,

ich habe gerade festgestellt, dass in meinem Posteingang nur noch Mails bis 21. Oktober 2018 vorhanden sind.

In meinen Einstellungen habe ich ˋMails nie löschen‘ eingestellt. Die Mails wurden auch nicht manuell von uns gelöscht.

Die älteren Mails werden aber dringend benötigt.

Wie kann der ursprüngliche Zustand wieder hergestellt werden?
