meine E-Mails werden an bestimmte mir bekannte E-Mail adressen nicht zugestellt - warum?

E-Mails die ich an bestimmte mir bekannte E-Mail-Adressen sende werden nicht zugestellt. Die E-Mail-Adressen Inhaber sind vertrauenswürdige Personen die mir E-Mails senden können und verstehen nicht, warum sie meine E-Mails nicht empfangen können.
Ich bekommen nach dem Absenden der E-Mail manchmal sofort, manchmal zeitvesetzt die Meldung: Undelivered mail return to sender...
dabei steht:
This is the mail system at host mailout06.t-online.de
oder
This is the mail system at host mail.alb.de.
in der ersten Zeile.
Was ist los? Was ist zu tun?
