Hallo @SaraDee,
vielen Dank für das freundliche Telefonat.
Wie besprochen wird der alte Anschluss zum 22.07.2024 gekündigt. Der neue Anschluss geht ab dem 06.06.2024 an den Start. Der Speedport Smart 4 sollte dich bereits in ein paar Tagen an deiner alten Adresse erreichen. Die Bestätigungen hast du teilweise schon per E-Mail erhalten. 
Wenn noch Fragen sind, gerne jederzeit hier wieder melden.
