Cancel order for fiber glass Magenta Home L

Hello Team,

 

Unable to reach any english speaking customer representative. I want to cancel my oder that i have raised for new Glass fiber internet connection under Magenta Home L plan.

Please help me with this as in the login portal i dont see any option to cancel the order. Refer the attached SS for more details.

      Please call the following number 0800 7733888 Monday to Friday 08:00 - 20:00 Communicate the order number to the employees. Maybe they can still cancel the order. Unfortunately, something has already been built at your Building.

      You can also try it on 0800 3301903. This is the landlord service. There your chances are better that you can be helped in English. Colleagues can also be reached from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m

      They don't get to the GIGABIT program. Only two hotlines do that.
