Cancellation of contract before the contract start date

Hallo,
I got a contract for a Magenta Zuhause M TV last week, the start date of the contract is 17.05.2019. Now I have decided to cancel the contract. How can I go about it and will there be any cost for the cancellation?

Get in touch with the specific shop where you have ordered the contract and ask whether at all - and if so under which conditions they might be willing to cancel or modify the order/the contract.
You do not have a legal or contractual right to cancel... this is rather a mutual agreement.
The forum teamies will normally not interfere unless there was a major issue with the order/contract, in case the shop has violated Telekom or legal rules.
