Cancelling contracts due to moving abroad

Hello, I filled out the appropriate form 3 weeks ago to cancel my phone contract with Telekom because I will be moving abroad. I have two phone numbers and wifi with my account. I provided proof that I will be moving and no longer employed in Germany, but I received an email back stating that I need additional proof in order to cancel the second line on my plan. Nothing was mentioned regarding the internet service. I have not been sent a return shipping label to send the router back either.
