Constrant reconnections to Internet

Hi folks,
Since previous week I'm having reconnections to Internet: every day Speedrouter disconnects several times, each time for a 1-5 minutes. Indicator blinks yellow. Afterwards it reconnects, but these reconnections interrupt my work.
In router logs, for example, today I see:
2024-05-21 16:17:32 (SV105) TLS Verbindung erfolgreich
2024-05-21 16:13:58 (R006-1) DSL antwortet nicht mehr (erfolgreiche DSL-Synchronisierung wurde verloren).
2024-05-21 14:10:49 (SV105) TLS Verbindung erfolgreich
2024-05-21 14:07:25 (R006-1) DSL antwortet nicht mehr (erfolgreiche DSL-Synchronisierung wurde verloren).
2024-05-21 13:50:34 (SV105) TLS Verbindung erfolgreich
2024-05-21 13:47:05 (R006-1) DSL antwortet nicht mehr (erfolgreiche DSL-Synchronisierung wurde verloren).

2024-05-21 13:41:59 (R006-1) DSL antwortet nicht mehr (erfolgreiche DSL-Synchronisierung wurde verloren).

I had the same issue at my address in last August, but I'm not sure what exactly technician did to fix it, I think it is some hardware issue.
Anyways, can you please contact me to arrange a visit from a technician?

Hi @Buktop80 , unfortunately, you can't arrange a visit from a technician here, this is a portal where customers help other customers. For a technician, you need to call customer service: 0800 33 01000. I wouldn't call today, because there was a major issue today and customer services is flooded with calls at the moment.
One thing that could help is maybe this: I once had a similar issue, the reason was that I used the wrong cable from the TAE -socket at the wall to the router. It's quite a distance in my place and apparently, I picked just some telephone cable which was of low quality. After replacing it with a new, high-quality and dedicated telephone extension cable it was all good. No interruptions or reconnections any more.
