Data faulty for new glassfasser connection

Hi team,
I have received my modem after waiting for more than 50 days, but now that when I am trying to set up the connection via the link sent on email, I get error that says "Faulty data", I have been trying this for the past 2 days, but still no luck.
Can someone please help me with the same? As my contract has started since Feb 12 and I am still unable to use Internet

I wanted to confirm that we have received the email to set up the appointment for change of glassfasser number. We have booked on the latest date that was available, i.e.7th of March. Thank you again for all your help. 😊
Meanwhile, we also got the schnellstart last Friday but it is only for 60 GB. Since I am primarily working from home, this data would be exhausted pretty soon, could please help me with a topup of more data on this until the wifi gets sorted?

Sorry I forgot to update, but yes everything is sorted and we finally have the wifi at home after 2 months and 10 days 🥲.
