DSL Download 6260 und Upload 0,65 ;Normal muss ich 16000 und 1000 haben

Hallo

Ich habe MagentaZuhause DSL 16000 und eine Speedport Smart Router.Anstatt einen Download von 16000 habe ich 6260

und anstatt einen Upload von 1000 habe ich 650.Das ist doch nicht in Ordnung.Was kann ich tun?
