DSL internet Kündigen/Termination

Hello Telekom

I don't speak good German, so posting in English. People absolutely do not help in the chat box.

I made a contract for Internet- Magenta at home M Hybrid almost 2 years ago, and now I want to cancel it as the 2 years is coming close to an end. Since its an Internet DSL connection, I cannot find anywhere on the webpage any form to cancel it, neither I can add my contract there, as it always asks me for my phone number (mandatory) -however my connection has nothing to do with my phone. Please advise.

      However there is a one month term. If you don't notify them early enough, the contract will automatically extend by one year...

      THanks for the reply,
      Using the link, they always ask me -'Welche Vorwahl / Rufnummer möchten Sie kündigen?* ' which is a mandatory fill-in, and this number it does not accept. Now I wonder why this number is needed. and even if I add my normal mobile number it does not accept the vorwahl.

      you definitely have one

      other numbers will not work.

      Thanks. But now my address has changed and I had made a moving contract. Probably since I am feeding my new adress its not accepting the earlier number it had provided (hence the area code -doesnt work), I try to look at the documents.

      It's not an internet connection only. A phone line and number is included in your contract, too.

      Thanks Anna,

      I was able to fill in the form this time. My contract had 3 different telefone numbers provided by Telekom, I just put one of them, and it worked. THey would take some 2-3 days to reply , then I would know. I will update you then. I appreciate your help.

      Hello @bhavin,

      I just checked it. The confirmation of the cancellation was automatically sent to your address in Heidelberg. I think you don't live there anymore and won't get this letter, am I right?

      Please give me a short feedback. I can resend it to the address where your DSL connection is located.
