Earlier Contract ending for moving to Telekom(English)

Hi all
Normally, my Vodafone contract will end on 20.11.2023, and the Telekom contract will start on this date but I contacted Vodafone for extraordinary contract termination(without paying extra fees for the remaining months) because my upload/download speed is terrible.
They told me that they "stored in the system that the contract can be terminated at any time without notice. The new provider must therefore request porting from us again to get the new information." but I couldn't get any information about this process. As I understand Telekom side can request to move earlier from Vodafone. Is it correct? I don't want to pay the remaining month's fee and move to Telekom as soon as possible.

Pls enter all requested Data in your local Profile wich you'll find into "Settings" from your Avatar. Insert your phone-number for recall into "Kundendaten" and also the time under "Weitere Informationen". All informations are accessable only for the Teamies from the "Telekom-hilft" team.
