High billing cost!

I have received my invoice and I am being charged a high cost that I do not understand. I have Internet and TV contracted even though I did not authorize to have Magenta TV. Please can you help me with this? Thank you in advance.

I have Internet and TV contracted
When you ordered your Telekom services, you must have received an order confirmation („Auftragsbestätigung“) which lists everything in advance.
How and where did you order?

Yes, I have this document.
I notice that I am being charged for December and January on the same bill. Last month I paid exactly for the month of December.
