How do you cancel your internet contract?

Hi there, i will be leaving Germany in July and would like to cancel my internet contract with Telekom, so it does not renew for another 2 years.
Can you please let me know how I can do this? Also let me know if more information is required.

I would like to terminate my contract for the following reasons:
- I signed the contract under false information by a Telekom sales agent. A Telekom sales agent came to my apartment informing me that the whole building is changing the supplier and since I was new in Germany I was not sure what I was supposed to do, so I said if the whole building is changing the provider it must be something I have to do. Thus, I was made to switch my provider when I had no reason to do so.
- I took the 50 mbps download speed tariff, however my speed has been consistently slow. 20-25mbps. I have also check my speed using the Federal Network Agency's broadband measurement service https://breitbandmessung.de/. and the speed came out as 15mbps.
- There are no customer service options in English and it makes it very difficult to manage my contract.
- I also learned that my previous contract was cheaper and faster with a much better connection.
Are these reasons enough for me to terminate my contract? I still have 1 year left on my 2 year contract and I am not able to afford the price any more, especially since I am not receiving the speed and service that I am paying for.
Please help me, I would like to terminate my contract as soon as possible.
