I have tried to send a message and it is impossible. I don't have a connection since the 12th of this month. I speak very little German. Can someone help me?

      @Schiffbauerdamm00: You can use the link only if your smartphone, laptop ... is connected (WiFi, Ethernet) to the Speedport. It is not a link to the Internet.

      Hello, thanks for answering. It wasn't a cancellation. This is an office number/internet connection. I replaced the previous occupant of the office some weeks ago. I wanted to keep everything the same (same lines, same contract), only billed in my name and my bank account. I explained that several times, over the phone and in writing. I am not sure if they understood me.

      I want to doublecheck the whole issue for you. In order to do so I need a German mobile number. Could you please add one to your profile and replace the other number there? Unfortunately we are not able to call back on foreign phone numbers 🙁

      Dear Louisa G.,

      I still don't have a German number. I arrived in the country only some weeks ago. I will have one shortly, I hope.

      Anyway, I don't think this should be an impediment to contacting customers.

      There should be an email address where I could explain the problem and get assistance. Is there such email address? The contact form does not work.

      I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience. Since I have to authorize you, I need some information, either from a short phone call or from our contact form. So I would ask you to try again and send a contact form with all the necessary information. You can find the contact form here. Unfortunately there is no direct e-mail address anymore.

      And please tell me right away when you get you german mobile number, so we can contact you that way. 🙂
