Internet installation Date

Hello,
I just got a new contract with Telekom for internet (09/04/2023) i received an email for the contract confirmation but the pdf stated that the date of the installation that i chose is not confirmed and that i will receive a confirmation separately.

 

I never received this confirmation and the date of installation is 22.04.2023, how can i confirm if the date i selected was accepted.

      Hi, did you get any document that says "Auftragsbestätigung" (order confirmation)? That document should have the confirmed installation date.

       

      If you don't have the order confirmation, please give a time window during which support can call you (either in a response here or in your profile), I will then highlight this thread to support as I'm only a customer myself.
