This option is not possible.
The Speedport is designed to be permanently online.

W h y do you want to shut down the Smart 2 overnight? - If you will do so, the internet connection will be interrupted
every night - this circumstance will "awake" the "Dynamic line management" of Telekom, monitoring the stability
of your line.
DLM will afterwards reduce the speed of your line, "thinking" that every evening your connection is disturbed.
Not recommended - and not possible by using the Smart 2.

While there is no option to disconnect the entire Speedport Smart 2 router from the internet, you do have the option to turn off the WIFI part of the router according to a schedule. You can also schedule internet access times for individual devices on your network.
For the time controlled wifi switch, see page 187 of the user manual, for blocking internet access for individual devices on the network, see page 101.

Bisher wurde kolportiert, dass Abschaltung >10Minuten eben nicht DLM Triggern.
Über Nacht dürfte die 10 Minuten Grenze überschreiten.

Da wäre ich mir gar nicht mal so sicher.
Wenn die Leitungsunterbrechung zwangsweise jede Nacht immer zur selben Uhrzeit auftritt, könnte ASSIA das schon als Fehler auswerten.
Ansonsten stimmt es schon: Wenn eine Zwangsunterbrechung nur gelegentlich für eine Viertel Stunde oder länger auftritt, macht es der Leitung nichts aus.
Wenn ich wild am putzen bin, klemm ich meinen Router auch immer vollständig ab.
Das gleiche gilt auch bei Gewitter.
DLM hat bei mir noch nie eingegriffen.
