Left Germany: Want to terminate my contract.

I dont speak german. Sorry for inconvenience. I left germany on june 24th and i want my contract to get canceled. Can any one please help me how ro cancel my contract immediately.

we received the form and we will cancel the contract with a period of 3 month.
