Moving apartment. Did not receive any call back.

Hello.

 
My German is bad.  I have a ticket open regarding my move of apartment in 2 weeks.  I have sent an email over 10 days ago with the details.  
 
I did receive an email giving me a callback number but this number gave back an error (it did not work). I have also called the help number (with the assistance of a German colleague at work).  I was informed that someone would call me to discuss the next day.  I received no call back, no missed calls or email.
 
I would like to continue using Telkom in my new address or be allowed to terminate my contract as I am moving apartment on the 31.4.2020.
