Moving DSL connection to the new Address

Dear Telekom Support,

I am moving to a new address (in the new city) starting 1st September 2023.

Currently I have a MagentaZuhause XXL Speedport Smart Glasfasers connection.

 

Now my question is: what's the process to move my DSL to the new address?

    Hello,
    there you will find all important information. You must use a translator for the page.

    If you do not want the term to be 24 months again, you must explicitly apply for a move to TKG .

    Go via the hotline, a shop, or a Teamie .

    Hi Dynandev,

     

    You can find the necessary infomation at Umzug & Adressänderung | Telekom Hilfe – use Google Translate or DeepL to translate the page if your German is not good enough.

     

    Also, please not that Glasfaser is not DSL (which uses copper lines).

    @dnygarad9 

    ich will inform the Teamies , that you need help for moving your connection to the New adress. Somebody of them will then call you to help. But it takes time, i Do not know how long.

     

    To autentificat by that call they will know during the call the last six digits of the Bank Account, from that the bill ist monthley paid.
