Neuer DSL-Anschluss Kabel-Fehler (e0)

About a week ago I signed a 100mb/s DSL contract with Telekom for my new apartment. 
I received the router with all the trimmings and the activation should take place on 03/17/2022.
After connecting and trying, I always get the error message "cable error (e0)".
I also called Telekom Support and all they said was wait and see.
However, I did not manage to unlock the internet for two days.
Restarted several times, but I always get the cable error E0 displayed and the status light on the speed port flashes yellow.
Can someone possibly help?
