Neuer DSL-Anschluss Kabel-Fehler (e0)

About a week ago I signed a 100mb/s DSL contract with Telekom for my new apartment. 
I received the router with all the trimmings and the activation should take place on 03/17/2022.
After connecting and trying, I always get the error message "cable error (e0)".
I also called Telekom Support and all they said was wait and see.
However, I did not manage to unlock the internet for two days.
Restarted several times, but I always get the cable error E0 displayed and the status light on the speed port flashes yellow.
Can someone possibly help?

      last Friday the technician tell me there may be some problem with the cable connection outside my apartment, so at your side, you may detect my internet is connected, but it isn’t not the case. So please arrange some one to check the cable line and unlock my internet.

      how can I find the appointment with technician?
