New costumer and no internet conection after technitian visit

I'm a new costumer. Today the technitian came to my house to set up the router and the internet conection. He did everything and before he left, he said that probably in 10 minutes the 2 main lights would be green and I could use the wi fi. Well, it has passed 3 hours already and nothing. I can see my Wifi connection but there is no connectivity. Unfortunatelly my German is very limited to call the costumer service and I'm trying to see if someone could try to help me. (I tried to turn off and on but the problem remains).
(Ich bin ein neuer Kunde. Heute kam der Techniker zu mir nach Hause, um den Router und die Internetverbindung einzurichten. Er hat alles gemacht und bevor er ging, sagte er, dass die beiden Hauptlichter wahrscheinlich in 10 Minuten grün sein würden und ich das WLAN nutzen könnte. Nun, es sind bereits 3 Stunden vergangen und nichts passiert. Ich kann meine WLAN-Verbindung sehen, aber es besteht keine Verbindung. Leider sind meine Deutschkenntnisse sehr begrenzt, um den Kundendienst anzurufen, und ich versuche herauszufinden, ob mir jemand helfen kann. (Ich habe versucht, es aus- und wieder einzuschalten, aber das Problem besteht weiterhin).)

Thanks, apologies for the late reply. we sorted it out eventually, a friend helped us reset the router with the correct settings for Telekom.
