I recently moved to Germany (Halle) from abroad, I rented an apartment and I would like to sign up for internet. I can’t place an order online without a German phone number as the system won’t let me. Is it possible to sign up without having a German phone number? I have also applied to open a German bank account but still waiting for some documents in order to complete the activation process. Is it possible to initially sign up without a German bank account? Thanks in advance
