One week ago, I have applied for internet connection. I have received an SMS for registering my fiber modem so that I can use it but the problem is there is no fiber connection between my apartment and the Telekom fiber box. I need Telekom to connect their box to the patch box that is in the building I live, so it is just a one meter fiber cable installation, but no one calls me, texts me or informs me about anything.

I really do not know what to do at this moment, should I connect the cables myself? I need help.
