Hello, I am planning to get the Magenta Home L plan. I don't want the router from Magenta as I have my own. If I buy the Magenta Home L plan, will magenta technicians help me configure my router? Thank you

Depends if you order the service for the Installation, costs extra Money and then a seperate Technician will come and install the router.

Thank you..it is showing as 69 euro for provision besides the monthly cost so I believe this is installation cost?

The 69 euros are just the setup fee for the line itself. If you want them to connect and configure the router, you will need to buy this service for 90 Euros.

@shoaib : were you able to connect your TP-link router?
I have the same problem, i have the router https://www.tp-link.com/us/home-networking/wifi-router/tl-wr841n/ and somehow in its setting i am getting Wlan unplugged, even though it is connected!
Can you please share some tips? Thank you!

Have you ensured that the selected router will be capable of interworking with a Telekom DSL line?
Does the model support VLAN 7?

As mentioned before this Modell doesnt have an integrated Modem, meaning you can not use it standalone at your connection, you will either need a seperate Modem or a Router with integrated modem.

You have not told about your home scenario and usage.
Not having such information from your side - I recommend a Fritzbox 7590 or 7530 which both are an all-in-one boxes

You can of course use your own router as long as it is suitable!
A technician can of course also set it up for you, but costs are incurrend because the technician is not free.
