Phone order

Hello. I purchased my sim on 16 Sep 2021. I was told at that time that I could purchase a new phone after 3 mons. I ordered a phone on 27 Dec 2021 and still have yet to receive it. I tried to order directly through Telekom three times. Despite your rules being I can purchase after three months, I’m now being told I have too many tariffs and need to wait 6 mons now. Apparently, my cellphone bill is too expensive. My bill is automatically drafted via my iban so I do not understand why I now have to wait three additional months. It’s alway paid on time. I need help understanding why I’m being penalized and no one I have spoken to has ever heard of this. Why? #compliant #order

    Sounds a bit like you have not changed your contract from Sept. 16th but rather that you possibly now have additional contracts.

    However then it is not clear to me why no phone has arrived.

    Die Telekom will jetzt erstmal abwarten ob der TO seine Rechnungen auch in den nächsten 6 Monaten immer pünktlich bezahlt, dann wäre ein Wechsel auf einen Vertrag mit Handy möglich.

    I have 4 cell phone with my line being the primary and the others being family lines all with unlimited service. I don’t understand why I would have to change my contract or why because of the number of lines, I’m being told I have to now wait 6 months. How do they know whether or not I’m able to pay my bill? I pay on time every single month and I’m never late. Ever.
