Relocation request for internet as I am changing apartment

Hi, we are changing our apartment on January 20th from Leimen to Mannheim. We don't know how to place the relocation request as we don't speak German. Could you please help me with the process?

You have to apply for a move to TKG and then see if the connection can be taken with you.
The first step is to check whether there is free capacity at your new address. If ports are free, the cross cable is full, etc.
You can apply for the move to TKG on the hotline 0800/3301000, or in a shop.
In principle, you can of course take the connection with you if all the requirements are met.
