SpeedPort Hybrid

I installed my new SpeedPort Hybrid modem, and the DSL is working, but the LTE is not lighting.

I have called tech support and they were supposed to call me back, but have not.

 

The router is giving this error for LTE :

 

'There's a connection error.Do you use your Speedport at the address to which your Internet connection was provided? You can find the address in the order confirmation. A LTE connection is only possible at the address specified there.'

 

Can ANYONE help? I also did not get my SIM card in the mail. I picked the card up at the Telekom Shop in the downtown.

      Pls confirm that you also have a tariff MagntaZuhause S/M/L Hybrid.

       

      You cannot use any other SIM rather than a SIM specifically from your Hybrid tariff if you want to benefit from the Hybrid technology (DSL plus LTE ).

      Dear mistertmac,

       

      thanks for your mesage. The error you are reading in the logfile seems to imply that there is something wrong with your SIM-card. I'd like to check your contract and also what our technicians have discovered so far. Please fill out this form and I'll get back to you.

      Hi, I got the same problem as mistermac, but mine LTE card came, and its still

      Sorry for my late reply, do you still have this error message?

      Often it helps to restart the Speedport, to solve the problem. If this doesn't help, please reply and I will check your account.
