Speedport Smart 4 nicht kompatibel mit Speed Home WLAN alt

Hallo,

ich hatte bisher einen Speedport Smart 3 und 2 Mesh-WLAN (weiß - nicht zur Miete). Nun habe ich auf einen Smart 4 gewechselt.

Habe es nicht geschafft Speedport und die 2 WLAN-Teile miteinander zu verbinden. Vom telefonischem Service bekame ich als Auskunft "nicht kompatibel".

Ist dies richtig so?
