Hello,

Here is the story:

I moved to a new location, there I connected the wireless device. The internet worked for two weeks and then it didn't work anymore. My wife spoke to someone from Telekom who said the wireless device was broken. He sent us a new wireless device, we called Telekom again and the internet did not work with the new device either. He made an appointment for a technician to come today to solve the problem, the technician went to the old address and said that he cannot come to the new address because he needs a new appointment (the new address is 2 minutes from the old address) we understood that it is not his fault but the fault of those who made the appointment. In the conversation with Telekom, the wife stated several times that the technician must come to the new address.

How long will it take to resolve this problem? Do I have to pay for the period when the internet was down?
