hi! I'm trying to find a way to have English support as I do not speak German. I work from home and the Internet is breaking every 2 hours for a couple of minutes. I tried everything on the troubleshooting list but nothing works + restarted router and modem + the firmware is up to date . Every form on the website is redirecting me to another form or number where I do not understand a thing. do you know how I can get direct contact with someone speaking English?

May I suggest you provide some information on the devices you are using and the line that is not working properly (DSL/fiber). Also "everything" from "troubleshooting list" is somewhat unspecific.

@user_934d05 Yes, you can wait until the telekom hift team gets in touch. The teamies can also speak English.
As a precaution, you can fill in your profile details completely so that the team can contact you if necessary.
a) Click on your avatar at the top right.
b) Select "My settings".
c) Enter your customer number and telephone number and under "Further information" enter a time slot for a callback.
d) For identification purposes, please have the last 6 digits of your IBAN ready.
Then please leave a short message here.
