T-Sinus 711 Net mit einem 701 S Mobilteil Vorwahl 01033 entfernen

Hallo,

Ich habe noch ein altes T-Sinus 711 Net mit einem 701 S als Mobilteil.

Wie kann ich bitte (bei ausgehenden Anrufen) die voreingestellte Vorwahl 01033 entfernen.

Ich habe gelesen dass hierfür ein Code zum Deaktivieren der  Nr. benötigt wird

und eine RFPI- Nummer und die Seriennummer des Sinus 701S notwendig sind.

Woher bekomme ich einen Deaktivierungscode?

Wie/Wo kann ich die RFPI- Nummer und die Seriennummer finden?

Wie ist der praktische Ablauf der Änderung auf dem Sinus 701S – Gerät?

 

Kann mir bitte jemand helfen das Problem zu lösen?

    Hallo @b.frischkemuth,

     

    ich weiß nicht genau, ob das noch möglich ist, aber zuletzt konnten bei diesem Anliegen @Jonas J. oder @Inga Kristina J. noch weiterhelfen.

    Bitte trage mal in deinem Profil eine Rückrufnummer und im Feld "Weitere Informationen" die RFPI- und Seriennummer ein.

    → Link zu den Profileinstellungen

     

    Die Seriennummer findest du vermutlich im Akkufach nach Herausnehmen der Akkus.

    Die RFPI-Nummer findest du über das Telefonmenü heraus:

    • Display-Taste drücken, um das Menü zu öffnen
    • die Tasten 8910 nacheinander drücken
    • im Display wird dann die zehnstellige RFPI-Nummer angezeigt (bitte notieren)
    • anschließend mit "OK" wieder beenden

     

    Sollte das mit der Zusendung des Freischaltcodes noch klappen, wird dieser folgendermaßen eingegeben:

    • Menü drücken
    • Die Nummer 8928 eingeben
    • Das Eingabefeld öffnet sich
    • Freischaltcode eingeben und bestätigen.

    Boah, wäre es nicht besser sich ein fabrikneues Billigtelefon von Ebay zu kaufen?

    Für meins hab ich 20 Euro bezahlt - mit Basis, Mobilteil und neuen Akkus.^^

     

    Soweit ich hier mal mitbekam, können nur bestimmte Seriennummern entsperrt werden. Ich weiß nun nicht, ob es genau DIESES Sinus war.(?)

    Stimmt, ich habe gerade auch nochmal etwas gesucht. Das betrifft wohl das Sinus 711 NET, das ja auch hier als Basis genutzt wird.

    Da können nur die Seriennummern kleiner als 60000 entsperrt werden.

    Der Vorschlag ein fabrikneues Telefon zu kaufen ist ja grundsätzlich richtig.

    Die Idee, das Ziel ist es, unseren ukrinischen „Gästen“ das Telefon zu geben,

    deren Budget sehr überschaubar ist.
